How your team handles disagreement — and the move nobody makes
A group that reaches for the same move by instinct is fast, consistent, and has one failure mode rather than five. The more useful output is usually the opposite: the strategy nobody here leads with is the one that will not get made unless somebody decides to make it.
This describes what a group says it would do in a disagreement. It does not measure capability, does not predict team performance, and none of the five strategies is better than the others — each is the right answer to some conflicts. Using it to select, assign, promote, or evaluate anyone is unfair to individuals, unsupported by the instrument, and a legal risk to an employer. The scale's authors are explicit that it measures behavioural intentions rather than observed behaviour.
Whoever assembles the list can see each person's individual scores, and knows whose link is whose. If you are that person's manager, “optional” is not a thing you can offer them. Ask people to share results only if they want to, tell them what will be shown and to whom before they take it, and do not keep the list. Nothing here is stored — closing the tab discards it — and that is deliberate.
Add each person's result
Everyone takes the conflict style test and sends you their result link. Paste them in one at a time. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere — close the tab and this is gone.

Add at least 3 people to see the composition. Below that it is a pair rather than a team, and the means below would just be two numbers averaged.
The older type-based view
This does the same thing with four-letter types. It is kept because people arrive here looking for it, and it is second because it is the weaker tool: a type letter is a self-described preference with no situational anchor, while a conflict strategy is something people do in a specific recurring situation. If you are choosing between the two, use the one above.
Add the types on your team
Add a type once per person — two ISTJs means adding ISTJ twice. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.

Add at least two people to see the composition.
Comparing exactly two people? The pair comparison goes into more depth on each preference. Nobody has taken it yet? Start with the conflict style test.
