大多数职业建议都在问“你擅长什么”,性格优势问的是另一个问题:你在状态最好的时候是什么样的人?好奇、善良、坚韧、幽默——这些特质在工作和生活中都能成为你的底气。

下面介绍这个框架的来历、我们的性格优势测评测什么,以及面对 24 项排名时,为什么不必纠结后半段。

一句话定义

性格优势测评衡量一个人最稳定地表现出哪些积极特质,依据的是 Peterson 和 Seligman(2004)归纳的 24 项性格优势和六大美德。本测评使用公有领域 IPIP-VIA 量表的 96 题简版——每项优势 4 题,其中 3 题正向计分、1 题反向计分。它不是 VIA 优势问卷(VIA-IS)或 CliftonStrengths(盖洛普优势识别器),后两者是独立的版权工具,分数也不能互换。

24 项优势,6 大美德

这套分类出自 Christopher Peterson 与 Martin Seligman 2004 年的著作《性格优势与美德》,把 24 项积极特质归入 6 大美德。分类体系是他们的;我们的题目来自公有领域的 IPIP-VIA 量表,专门为测量同样的概念而编写。

标志性优势

Peterson 和 Seligman 把排在你画像最前面的几项称为“标志性优势”——用起来不费劲、像是你本来就是这样的那几项。我们的结果会列出前五项。

判断标准不是标签听起来好不好听,而是你能否认出:自己平时就在不自觉地用它们。

排名靠后,就是短板吗?

不是。每份画像都必须有一项排第 24,哪怕你整体得分都很高。一项优势排得靠后,可能是它确实不像你,也可能只是生活还没给你用它的机会——后者说明的是处境,而不是品格。

96 题的简版有多准?

看前几名足够,看细节不够。每项优势 4 道题,能区分出哪些优势明显高于其他,但无法把 24 项可靠地逐一排序。中间段差一两分,基本可以视为误差。

每项优势还包含一道反向题,所以全部选“非常符合”只会让你在每个维度都落在中间,而不是全部拉满。

不是 VIA,也不是盖洛普

VIA 优势问卷(VIA Institute on Character)和盖洛普优势识别器(CliftonStrengths)都是受版权保护的独立工具,后者用的是 34 个才干主题的不同模型。本测评不复制两者的任何题目,分数也不能互相换算。
