爱情三角理论:亲密、激情与承诺,你们缺了哪一角?

斯腾伯格的爱情三要素、由此得出的八种爱情类型,为什么没有“契合度百分比”,以及如何把三角形当作和伴侣对话的起点。

热恋期过了、心动少了,但依然愿意选择彼此,这还算爱吗?心理学家罗伯特·斯腾伯格的回答是:爱不是一个总量,而是三个相互独立的成分——它们组成的形状,比任何“恋爱指数”都更能说明问题。

下面讲清三角形怎么看,以及如何使用我们的爱情三角测评,而不把它变成一张关系“成绩单”。

一句话定义

爱情三角量表把爱情看作三个独立的成分,而不是一个总量:亲密(温暖、情感支持、被理解)、激情(浪漫与吸引)和承诺(维持这段关系的决定)。Robert Sternberg 的模型根据哪些成分存在,命名了八种爱情。本测评使用 TLS-15——一个在 37 种语言中验证过的 15 题简版——针对一段特定关系,分别报告三个成分。

三个成分

斯腾伯格根据哪些成分存在,命名了八种爱情:从三者兼备的“完美之爱”,到只有承诺的“空洞之爱”、只有激情的“迷恋”。

  • ✦亲密:温暖、情感支持、被理解。
  • ✦激情:浪漫与吸引。
  • ✦承诺:决定维持这段关系。

别被名字吓到

“空洞之爱”“愚蠢之爱”“迷恋”这些名字听起来像评判,但并没有贬义,只是在说哪个成分领先。“空洞之爱”只意味着承诺高于亲密和激情——辛苦的一年、刚有了宝宝、一场长病在问卷上都是这个样子,一段走到尽头的关系也是。量表分辨不出是哪一种,名字也分辨不出。

为什么没有契合度百分比

这份量表测的是一个人对一段关系的看法,目前没有经过验证的方法能把两个人的答案变成一个契合度数字。我们使用 TLS-15——在 37 种语言中验证过的 15 题短版——报告的是三角形的形状(哪一角领先、哪一角落后),而不是它的高度。

原因之一是分数普遍偏高:没有反向题,人们评价自己选择的伴侣时,往往会认同那些温暖的描述。

最好的用法:各自做,再一起聊

让伴侣也做一次,做之前不要看对方的答案。有意思的不是谁的分更高,而是你们对“哪一角落后”是否看法一致。同一段关系,两个人常常会画出两个不同的形状。

一个重要的局限:这份量表完全不涉及控制、胁迫或暴力。一段关系可能三项都很高,却依然不安全。如果这才是你真正想问的,请找专业人士聊聊。
