周日下午就开始焦虑周一,周末躺两天也缓不过来,上班像“上坟”。“职业倦怠”“班味太重”成了很多打工人的口头禅——可你到底有多累?其中又有多少是工作造成的?

这正是我们职业倦怠测评要回答的两个问题。下面讲清它怎么测,以及它无法告诉你什么。

一句话定义

职业倦怠测评衡量长期的身体与心理耗竭,以及一个人把其中多少归因于工作。本测评使用哥本哈根倦怠量表(CBI;Kristensen 等,2005)的个人倦怠和工作相关倦怠两个分量表,每项计 0 到 100 分,作者以 50 分作为“高倦怠”的分界线。它测量的是一种会变化的状态,而不是人格特质或医学诊断。

倦怠就是耗竭,以及你把它归因于哪里

哥本哈根倦怠量表(CBI;Kristensen 等,2005)把倦怠定义为长期的身心疲劳与耗竭,并询问你把它归因于哪里。本测评使用其中两个分量表,各自 0–100 分:

  • ✦个人倦怠:无论原因是什么,你整体上有多耗竭。
  • ✦工作相关倦怠:你把多少耗竭归因于工作。

50 分这条线是什么意思

作者在其文件中把 50 分及以上定义为高度倦怠。在他们对近两千名丹麦公共服务从业者的研究中,约五分之一的人在工作相关倦怠上达到或超过这条线。

有些网站把分数划成轻度、中度、重度,但这些分界线在原始资料里并不存在,所以我们不用。如果你的可能区间跨过 50,结果会说你“接近这条线”,而不是硬选一边。

不是马斯拉奇倦怠量表(MBI)

MBI 是最知名的倦怠量表,也是商业产品。CBI 由丹麦研究者用公共资金开发,免费共享。两者对倦怠的定义也不同:MBI 包含去人格化和成就感降低,CBI 关注的是耗竭及其归因。两者分数不能换算。

是一种状态,不是性格,更不是诊断

作者追踪工作者三年,发现很多人的分数上下变化了 5 分甚至更多。倦怠分数描述的是会变化的东西。重测时选一个情况相近的星期,别在刚赶完项目的第二天测。

倦怠在 ICD-11 中被归为一种职业现象,而不是医学疾病;同时,疲惫也可能与抑郁、甲状腺问题等医学情况重叠。如果你真的撑不住了,医生可以帮你分辨。要不要把结果告诉公司,完全由你决定。

    The authors' institution's distribution of the questionnaire, and the text this implementation reproduces: every item, both response formats, the 0–100 scoring, and the one reversed item. It also recommends mixing the questions rather than printing them grouped, which is why the two scales are interleaved here.

    Why this site describes burnout as an occupational phenomenon rather than a medical condition. ICD-11 also defines burnout by three dimensions, of which the CBI deliberately measures one: exhaustion.
