自我关怀:停止精神内耗,从善待自己开始

犯错之后,你会在脑子里一遍遍复盘、骂自己“怎么这么蠢”吗?很多人说的“精神内耗”,往往就藏在这种对自己的苛刻里。你大概从不会这样对朋友说话——自我关怀就是心理学里描述“缩小这个落差”的概念:用对待在乎的人的方式,来对待自己。

这篇文章讲清这个概念、我们的自我关怀测评怎么测,以及为什么分数只是一个起点。

一句话定义

自我关怀测评衡量一个人在困难时刻通常如何对待自己。本测评使用 Kristin Neff 的 26 题自我关怀量表(2003),为六个成分计分:善待自己、共通人性、正念,以及它们的反面——自我评判、孤立和过度认同——经反向计分后的得分。总分是六个成分的平均。自我关怀不同于自尊,该量表也没有临床常模。

三个成分及其反面

Kristin Neff 2003 年编制的 26 题自我关怀量表测量六个成分:三个关怀成分,以及三个非关怀成分的反向。

  • ✦善待自己,对应自我评判。
  • ✦共通人性——把挣扎看作人人都有的经历——对应孤立感。
  • ✦正念——平衡地看待痛苦——对应过度认同。

它不等于自尊

自尊是对自身价值的评判,容易随成败和比较起伏。自我关怀根本不需要正面评判:它是在评判很糟糕的时候,你怎样对待自己。这也是它常被认为比自尊更稳定的原因。

怎么看分数

这份量表没有临床常模,作者本人也这样说明。她给出了一个粗略参考:美国样本的总分大致在 3.0 左右,因此 2.4 及以下可视为偏低,3.6 及以上偏高,中间为一般。结果页完全沿用这一范围,并注明出自她本人。

有些成分显示为“较少自我评判”“较少孤立感”,是因为这些题目在计分前做了反向处理,这样所有分数方向一致:越高代表越善待自己。

它是可以练出来的

一项涵盖 27 个随机对照试验的元分析发现,自我关怀训练能改变全部六个成分,同时降低压力、抑郁和焦虑。你的分数描述的是一种习惯,不是固定特质。
